These terms cover using the Handled website, scheduling service, and the text messages we send. By booking or texting with us, you agree to them.

Text messaging
When you give us your mobile number — when you book a pickup or look up an existing appointment — you agree to receive service-related text messages from Handled, including a one-time verification code and confirmations or updates about your pickup and service.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Scheduling and pricing
Booking online is a request, not a confirmed appointment — we'll reach out to confirm your pickup window. You approve every line of work, by text, before any work begins. Prices shown are the same ones published on our site; some items are confirmed once we see your vehicle.
Accurate information
Please give us accurate contact, vehicle, and address details so we can pick up and service your car. You're responsible for the information you provide to us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
