From the moment you book to the keys back in your hand, here's exactly how Handled works — your concern first, every decision yours, and your next service booked before we even hand it back. No waiting room. No surprises.

  1. You schedule

    Pick a service or just tell us your concern, choose a pickup window, and share your address. By text or online, in about two minutes.

  2. We pick up

    Leave your key where you decide — a lockbox, the front desk, wherever works. We come to your home or workplace at the window we agreed on. You don't need to be there.

  3. Your concern comes first

    The reason you booked is the first thing we handle. We get to the bottom of it and tell you exactly what we find — in plain language, no jargon.

  4. The Handled Check

    While we're at it, your car gets the Handled Check — a free, top-to-bottom courtesy multi-point inspection — so you know what's in good shape and what's starting to wear, long before it becomes a breakdown.

  5. You see everything, and you decide

    We send the full picture with a clear price on anything we recommend. Approve or decline each line by text, email, or a call if you'd rather. Nothing happens without your yes.

  6. We do the work

    ASE-certified automotive technicians take care of exactly what you approved — the same day, for most maintenance and light repair.

  7. Pay from your phone

    A secure link by text or email when the work's done. No counter, no paperwork, no waiting room.

  8. Your next service, booked

    Before we hand back the keys, we schedule what's next — then return your car to your driveway. You always know what's coming.
